1. ACCURATE ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS
Misdelivery of mail items is mainly attributed to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please provide address clearly and accurately.
2. COURIER SERVICES
All orders will be packed on every Monday of the week, do allow your parcel to be reached to you within 2 to 4 working days. In any case, no one is at home to accept the parcel, the courier will put it at shoe rack/riser/gate....etc. We will take a photo of the item placed as proof and send it to you. Delivery is carried out during weekdays, excludes weekends and local public holidays (Singapore) + 1 additional weekday if PH falls on that week. Should there be nowhere to put your parcel anywhere, courier guy will bring back the parcel and you will need to bear the charges for next delivery attempt. Please indicate under notes in your order if you want to opt for self-collection.
3. NORMAL MAILING
Packing will be done twice a week. Do allow your parcel to reach within 5-7 working days. Singpost will send and put inside your mailbox. Kindly take note that there's no tracking number for Normal Mail hence we won't hold any responsibility for any LOST NORMAL mails. Parcels can be delayed to reach you on busy holiday seasons/peak period so please be patient waiting for your packages. Please indicate under notes in your order if you want to opt for self-collection.
If you have any doubts, we highly recommend you to opt for courier services or text or DM us for any urgent deliveries.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you check out based on weight & your shipping country. We will contact you via email/calls if the amount of shipping delivery exceeds. Estimated time would be within 7-10 working days and delay could be subjected to customs clearance check. Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
5. BOUNCED PARCELS
Customers will be contacted via email/call should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
Natalie La Bella reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
6. IN STOCK ITEM
Most of our items are in stock unless stated otherwise.
7. PRE OR BACK ORDER ITEMS (MUST READ)
Pre-Order tends to have pro & cons. It usually tends to have a delay at the supplier/manufacturer side. We will update the status from time to time if there is any delay in the shipment. PURCHASE ONLY if you can wait as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed.
We do not allow any cancellation once payment has been made.
9. REFUND & EXCHANGE
Strictly NO Refund or Exchange unless if the item is out of stock or product has defects. Also NO Refund or Exchange for all sales item on website and pop up events. Exchanges can only be allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase with receipts or any proof of purchase from us.
10. ABOUT PRODUCTS
The color of products may differ due to the color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker or lighter in reality due to strong studio lighting used. Measurements provided on each of the products are in the maximum stretch. A difference of 0.5-1inch between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Buyers are advised to double check on the product measurements as the different design may fit differently.
