TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Natalie La Bella is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.

1. Full & Correct Address

Ensure FULL & CORRECT address has been given:

This is to enable smooth packing process hence better delivery. Do take note that any matters regarding of any incomplete address after item is being mailed, we shall not be held responsible for it.

2. Courier service:

It will be every Tues & Thurs of the week, do allow your parcel to be reached to you within 2-4 working days. In any case, no one is at home to accept the parcel, the courier will put it at shoe rack/riser/gate....etc. We will take a photo of the item placed as proof and send it to you. Delivery is carried out during weekdays, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).

3 Normal Mailing:

Same as courier, it will be every Tues & Thurs of the week. Do allow your parcel to reach within 5-7 working days. Singpost will send and put inside your mailbox. Kindly take note for normal mail there's no tracking number hence we won't hold any responsibility for any LOST NORMAL mails. If you have any doubts, kindly opt for courier service.

4. BOUNCED PARCELS

Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
Natalie La Bella reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

5. In stock

All products on our website are Ready and Instock unless stated PO##.

6. Pre Order

If you order a pre-order item, kindly take note of all the points below:

- Please be aware that preorders tend to have unexpected delays due to shipping etc.
- Preorders can take up to 1-2 months if it is sent to the factory to be manufactured just to cater to order due to high quantity.
- ONLY order if you are willing to wait.
- Kindly refrain from prompting us on your preorder items, we give updates from time to time on our Instagram hence keep a lookout as it is quite impossible to update each and every one of you.

7. Cancellation

After payment is made, strictly no cancellations.

8. Refunds

Refunds will only be made purely due to out of stock.

9. PRODUCTS

Colors of products may differ due to the color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
Measurements provided on each of the products are in the maximum stretch.
A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
Users are advised to double check on the product measurements as the different design may fit differently.
Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery, and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
Natalie La Bella does not offer return or refund if the product is not handled as per instructed in product details.
