What is a Pre Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Pre Order encourages buyers to reserve a copy of the product at the store prior to its release.

How do I purchase a Pre order item?

It's exactly the same as purchasing an in-stock item! The only difference is that you will receive the purchased items by the date as stated on the website.

How long will it take for Pre order to arrive?

 It will take approximately TWO to THREE weeks. We will update the status from time to time if there is any delay in the shipments. *Please purchase ONLY if you are comfortable with the waiting time, as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed, and a full credit refund will be made if our shipment is insufficient as per your order.

What happens when I purchase a Pre order along with an in-stock item?

If you have purchased a pre order item along with an in-stock item(s), we will deliver your in-stock item(s) together with your pre order item. If you need the in stock item to be mailed out first, we suggest you order separately.
